這次喝的這支是 I have become the boat
果汁般的酒色，聞起來有熱帶水果的味道，芒果、鳳梨柑橘等等，氣泡感中等，酒體中等偏輕盈，苦味融合的剛剛好，是很好喝的，也推薦精釀初學者嘗試
查資料才發現，這支酒在啤酒評分網站Ratebeer上有極高的分數
法式檸檬塔吃起來酸酸甜甜，很好吃，有點開胃，很喜歡他綿密的口感
可是這支酒和檸檬塔，非常不搭，吃完一口檸檬塔再一口酒以後，酒的苦味變得非常明顯，建議分開享用
This Double Dry Hopped IPA is a showcase of CY18 Citra and Mosaic Hops we selected at source in the Yakima Valley. These two modern favourites have become staples in craft beer, but this crop is presenting particularly bright and impactful fruit flavours, supported by punchy resinous notes.
